I can name one particular extinct species that I would love for scientist to bring back - direwolves.” Of course, that is purely because of the ASOIAF/GoT fan she is, though after finding out that they were real, she has done some reading on them.

They may try to bring back direwolves, but those may be harder to condition, given their carnivore instincts may kick in and they may be in need of a little snack.
